INITIAL CONSULTATION

When contacting us via phone, email, or our website, please outline the main aspects of your project. Provide information about your needs and objectives. This way, we can decide together if we can collaborate both in terms of content and project timelines and schedule a plan to meet if necessary.

INTRODUCTION AND MEETINGS

If the services you require align with those offered by ARTIMAVİ, we arrange a one-on-one meeting to delve deeper into your project. During this meeting, we gather information about your organization, goals, and needs to further clarify the framework of the project.

Based on the insights gathered during our introductory meeting, we jointly decide on the next steps. If it appears that a detailed analysis or involvement of third parties is necessary, we may request additional meetings before presenting a proposal. If the data collected during this meeting is sufficient, we request a brief period from you to prepare our proposal.

Depending on the scope of your project and the need to access sensitive information about your organization, we may require the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before proceeding.

PROPOSAL AND TERMS

Once we've gathered enough information to create a proposal, we begin its preparation. Our proposal includes a description of the project, general steps to be taken, estimated project completion time, desired outcomes, as well as the timeframes and fees required for implementation.

Depending on the project's scope, our proposal will also outline your expectations, the objectives we'll use to measure project performance, general information about the project's processes, and how we'll collect and utilize feedback.

PROJECT AND IMPLEMENTATION

Should you find our proposal suitable, we proceed to refine your project. We structure the project's objectives, implementation steps, reporting and monitoring processes, and details of performance evaluation into a schedule for your approval. Once we mutually agree on all these processes, we move forward with implementation.

The roadmap for executing, reporting, monitoring, and measuring your project will be detailed in a customized project plan tailored to meet your corporate needs. We'll closely follow these processes together with you.

FOLLOW-UP AND FEEDBACK

Upon completing the agreed-upon work within the specified timeline, we aim to maintain communication. At certain intervals, we reach out to you to track both our performance and the medium to long-term impacts of our joint project. We collect your feedback regarding the completed project to enhance our services for statistical purposes.

With your written consent, we use the collected data (without disclosing personal or corporate information) to collaborate with academics at Turkey's leading universities, contributing to scientific research in this field.
